ApogeeFlow provides technical support for its flow cytometers to scientists around the world through screen sharing applications and field service visits. Technical queries can often be resolved by allowing ApogeeFlow engineers to operate the flow cytometer via the internet and our service team is ready to travel at short notice when required.
Additionally, operators should refer to the Operator Manual supplied with each instrument.
